Expected clearer labeling; got confusion instead

I was hoping that the WFHI remote workflow software would have straightforward labels and instructions right from the start, but unfortunately, that was not the case for me. Many of the menu items, especially within the dialer and calling tools, had ambiguous names that did not clearly describe their function. I expected to navigate easily without having to guess what each option meant, but instead, I found myself frequently checking documentation to understand what I was doing. This added extra time to my setup and increased my frustration. While I appreciated the presence of help resources, they didn’t completely make up for how confusing the interface felt. There was a small reservation I had that the training or onboarding phase might clear things up, but even there, some terms were used inconsistently, which muddled my understanding further. Overall, I believe the software has potential, but the lack of clear wording and precise labeling really held back my initial progress and convenience.
