Expected clearer guidance but found it quite tough to navigate support
I thought finding answers through the support system would be straightforward given the promises during sign-up, but that wasn’t really the case. The initial feeling that I could quickly identify answers turned out to be misleading because the documentation felt a bit scattered and incomplete. I tried searching for specific issues related to the database syncing and calling functionality but the results were often too generic or outdated. Support channels were available but even reaching a knowledgeable person took longer than expected. It wasn’t impossible, but the effort required was more than I anticipated initially. While the telephonic support did provide useful information once connected, the earlier steps to discover that info were unclear and frustrating. I was left toggling between different portals and sections without clear direction, which delayed resolving fairly basic problems. So overall, my expectations for rapid and intuitive communication were higher than what actually happened during my usage of the service.
