Expected clearer explanations, got confusing details

When I first signed up, I thought the onboarding would thoroughly explain how to use every major feature. Unfortunately, the initial walkthrough left much to be desired. The sign-up process was straightforward enough, but the training was patchy. I expected clearer guidance on how the calling tools work and how the automatic updates would impact my dashboard, but it felt like the documentation skipped over key points. The database feature also wasn’t introduced clearly, which made integration confusing. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment steps were easy to manage and well explained, so at least that part wasn’t frustrating. Still, I felt the pre-purchase information oversold the ease of setting things up, leading to a frustrating start. Overall, what I thought I would get was a smooth learning curve, but instead I was left fumbling through basics. This discrepancy is why I give it a low rating, though I can say the payment system runs without issues.
