Expected clearer explanations but software generally accessible
At the start, I expected the software access and permissions to be explained in a more step-by-step manner, especially since some features felt slightly complex. The initial manuals were somewhat brief and assumed prior knowledge, which was a bit confusing at first. However, after spending time with the dashboard and trying out the calling tools, the interface became more intuitive than I had imagined. The automatic updates helped by fixing some bugs, although the changes weren't always highlighted clearly which occasionally disrupted my workflow. On the plus side, the support line was very helpful in explaining access rights and navigating the database effectively when I called. It definitely helped me understand things better than just the written documentation. Overall, while the clarity of initial explanations was a little lacking compared to my expectations, the software’s usability and support made it quite manageable to get on board and use regularly without too much hassle.
