Before buying, I thought the sales and pre-purchase info from WFHI would be quite clear and straightforward. I expected the product labels and descriptions to give me a simple understanding of the software functions. Unfortunately, the actual sign-up and invoicing process did not meet that expectation. Things felt a bit muddled, and I found myself unsure about certain features and how they would integrate with my workflow. On the plus side, the basic product overview was somewhat helpful and gave a general idea, but overall, I wished for more detailed and clearer explanations before purchase to avoid confusion.
