Expected clear training, got confused navigation instead
I expected the training to be easy to navigate and find what I needed quickly. However, the reality was quite different. The modules were scattered and it took a lot of effort to locate basic information. I compared this to previous platforms I've used where training resources were more organized and accessible. The onboarding process felt overwhelming due to the lack of clear guidance. Especially, when I tried to get help via telephonic support, it was inconsistent and didn’t fill the gaps. I was hoping for a more straightforward approach to help get me up to speed quickly but ended up spending more time than expected fumbling around the dashboard and database tools. All in all, the experience was frustrating. It’s not what I had anticipated based on the product description and pre-purchase materials.
