Expected clear steps, got confusing order
I had a clear expectation that the sales and pre-purchase process would walk me logically through what is included in the software and training, along with how the billing and support would work. Instead, I found the sequence rather fragmented. Key information about payment terms came too late, after I had already started signing up. This made it hard to evaluate whether the product suited my needs before spending time on setup. Additionally, some introductory explanations overlapped unnecessarily, while other crucial details were missing or referenced only in fine print. The lack of streamlined communication created a sense that the process was somewhat disorganized. While I appreciate that some software features eventually became clearer, the unclear sales flow was frustrating and made the whole experience feel less professional than expected. A more sensible, upfront disclosure of steps and costs would improve initial impressions considerably and provide buyers with the clarity they deserve before decision making.
