Expected clear order but got jumbled steps
My expectation was that the training and onboarding would follow a clear, logical order that would help me build skills progressively. Unfortunately, the steps felt jumbled at times. I found that some modules required knowledge from later sessions that I hadn’t yet completed. For example, they introduced the dialer quite early but did not explain the database management until much later, which made practical tasks confusing. The videos were straightforward but did not fully compensate for the confusing sequence. Although I completed all required steps, the overall flow did not meet my expectations and caused delays in effectively using the software. The sign-up and invoicing went fine, but the onboarding process did not feel cohesive. I was hoping for a step-wise progression that would build gently, but instead, it jumped around. This made training longer and less efficient for me than I had hoped.
