Expected clear onboarding, found mixed clarity
When I began the onboarding, I anticipated straightforward explanations that would prepare me fully for using the software and calling tools. The initial training sessions covered basic features and the database functions fairly well, but some aspects were left vague. For instance, the dialer setup wasn’t explained in depth, which meant I had to figure out certain configurations on my own. The automatic updates were mentioned only briefly, so their impact on daily operations wasn’t clear until I experienced them. Invoicing and payment procedures were well outlined during onboarding. Telephonic support was introduced as a resource, but its scope and responsiveness weren’t detailed. My expectation was a comprehensive walk-through that left no questions, but in practice, I had to learn parts of the workflow through trial and error. Still, the overall structure gave a reasonable overview, just not as complete as I had hoped.
