Expected clear onboarding but got mixed clarity
When I first signed up for the training, I was expecting a clear and straightforward onboarding experience based on the initial description. The early sessions did a decent job explaining how to set up the software and get started with my workflows. However, as I progressed into more advanced topics, the explanations became quite vague and difficult to follow, particularly the parts about integrating the database feature with my existing systems. On the upside, the step-by-step guides were helpful, and the video tutorials were mostly clear and well-structured. Unfortunately, a couple of sessions felt rushed, leaving me to guess some processes without much guidance. The transition from the onboarding phase to regular usage was not as smooth as I hoped either, because some features were barely touched upon during training. It felt like the training covered the basics but lacked depth in critical areas that I needed for my daily remote workflow setup. Overall, the clarity differed significantly between modules, which made the onboarding experience somewhat inconsistent. I would have appreciated more comprehensive explanations matched with examples that relate directly to real remote work scenarios, especially within the software tools, to bridge the gaps I encountered. This unevenness impacted how confidently I could utilize the system initially, although I see potential in the training materials if some improvements are made to clarify the more complex elements consistently across the board.
