Expected clear labels, but what I got was confusing jargon everywhere

I started with the expectation that the support and communication would be straightforward, especially given the critical nature of the software for remote workflows. However, what I found was a lot of confusing wording and labels that didn’t make immediate sense to me. The support team used terms that seemed tailor-made for someone already very familiar with the system, and I struggled to explain what I needed help with because of these unclear labels. In contrast, I had hoped that they would use simple, logical language that matched what was on screen to make troubleshooting easier. Even the training materials didn’t clarify these terms properly, so when I contacted support, I felt more lost. It was frustrating because I expected smooth communication that matched my level of knowledge but instead got jargon-heavy responses. That said, the actual help they provided was okay but trying to navigate that without clear labels made the whole process much more difficult than it should have been.
