Expected clear labels but found mixed messages
I originally expected the sales and pre-purchase experience to have very clear wording and straightforward labels, as that usually sets the tone for ease of use. When I signed up, the portal had some terminology that seemed ambiguous, especially around the invoicing and payment process. For example, certain buttons promised 'Immediate Activation' but the actual activation happened after a delay, which was confusing. However, the step-by-step walkthrough for setting up the calling tools and the dialer was pretty clear and aligned well with what I anticipated. The database feature description matched the actual functionality, so it worked as expected and was helpful for organizing my contacts. On the other hand, the automatic updates notification was labeled simply as 'Update Ready,' lacking detail on the changes being implemented, which I found less helpful. Support channels were described as responsive, and indeed telephonic support was available, but sometimes the assistance felt generic. Overall, the sales and onboarding process gave me a mix of impressions: some elements felt intuitive and met expectations, while others left me wishing for more clarity and better alignment between labels and actual behavior.
