Expected clear instructions but labeling was often confusing

I expected the software interface to be straightforward, with clear labels that match common remote work terms. However, many of the buttons and menu options had wording that didn’t quite make sense initially. For example, the labeling around the database fields was ambiguous, making it hard to decide what exactly each option would do. The calling tools were slightly better labeled, but some terms seemed inconsistent across different screens. This caused me to hesitate before clicking, as I wasn’t sure of the consequences. The sign-up and invoicing processes were what I expected and pretty standard, so that part was fine. Overall, there was a mismatch between my expectations for clarity and what I encountered in the software.
