Expected clear info, mostly got it with just some minor doubts
Before signing up, I was a bit anxious about how straightforward the explanations would be regarding the software’s features and pricing. The sales team really did a good job giving me detailed info on what to expect, like the database features and calling tools. It was mostly clear, and I felt better informed than I had anticipated. However, a few details about invoice timings and automatic updates were left a little vague, so I raised those questions during the conversations. They answered promptly but left me wondering if some of those finer points might change later. So while I expected more transparency on a couple of things, the overall experience felt honest and conversational, not pushy. The sales process flowed nicely and the representatives seemed genuinely willing to clarify issues, which I appreciated. The only thing I thought could improve is offering maybe a written FAQ or document summarizing the key technical details right at the outset. But honestly, I ended up feeling comfortable with what I’d been told and it matched well with what the setup was like after purchase. It felt balanced and not overwhelming, which helped me decide more confidently.
