Expected clear guide, got some moments of confusion

Before starting, I expected the sales and pre-purchase information to be very clearly explained, especially details about software capabilities and the training included. One particular moment sticks out when I called to clarify some packages, and the explanations were pretty clear and helpful over the phone, which I appreciated. However, while I got a decent sense of what was offered overall, some parts like the invoicing details and how automatic updates would work felt vague. The onboarding documents touched on these, but I had to search the support portal for more specifics, which wasn't very straightforward at first. The rest of the software behavior after signing up was more intuitive than I anticipated, with features fitting my workflow fairly well for the calling tools and database integration. Still, the initial sales explanations raised my expectations for a smoother information flow on billing and payments. I think a clearer step-by-step guide upfront would have saved me some uncertainty.
