Expected Clear Guidance, Got More Searching Than Anticipated

I expected the training and onboarding to guide me smoothly to all features without too much hassle. Instead, I found it a bit harder to locate certain tutorials and learning modules I needed for my day-to-day tasks. The navigation wasn’t always intuitive; I often had to rely on telephonic support to point me in the right direction. In comparison to other software I’ve used, where resources are centralized well, this felt somewhat scattered. That said, once I got advice from support, finding content became manageable. Also, the software itself is robust, and the onboarding content is useful once you can access it properly. So, the good part is the quality, but unfortunately the discovery process was not as smooth as expected.
