Before purchasing, I expected the sales process to give me a clear picture of what to expect from the software and training. The initial conversations did provide some insight into features and support. However, by the time I finished signing up and tried to get fully onboarded, I felt a bit uncertain about whether the training would fully cater to my specific remote workflow needs. While the software itself was functional, and the database feature was somewhat helpful, the overall pre-purchase communication didn't fully convince me. It felt like some information was missing or not detailed enough, which made me hesitant. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward though, which was a positive part. In the end, my confidence level wasn’t as high as I’d hoped from the beginning, mostly because the sales and training phases didn’t completely align with what I envisioned.
