I went into the training and onboarding with fairly high hopes because the initial info suggested a well-structured introduction to using the software and its remote workflow tools. There's no denying that the content covered some basics, and the welcome emails felt timely. On the downside, when things actually went wrong during setup, I found the troubleshooting support lacked clarity and was slow to respond. The order of topics in training didn’t really match the flow I was expecting, and when I reached technical issues with the dialer, the system’s guided help didn’t really bring any ease. I thought at least the telephonic support might clarify things, but the experience was spotty, with long waiting times. While the automatic updates were supposed to fix bugs proactively, they often changed elements of the dashboard without clear notes, which added to my frustration. Sign-up and payment were smooth, so I can’t fault that part. Overall, my initial expectations of a seamless onboarding process gave way to confusion, and it's hard to recommend the training as it's not straightforward for someone stressed about remote workflows.
