The training sessions seemed rushed and didn’t help me fully understand how to use the dialer and database features effectively. While telephonic support was available, sometimes their responses were confusing rather than clarifying, which made me hesitate to seek help frequently. One small reservation I have is that the basic interface labels were straightforward, but the more advanced functions lacked sufficient tutorial assistance. Overall, my expectations of getting easily guided through setup and usage were not met, and I found myself spending more time troubleshooting than I wanted. It’s frustrating when a product has potential but doesn’t make it easy to unlock it fully.
