Expected clear features, but found gaps that frustrated me
When I initially looked into WFHI’s software and training, I anticipated a complete package that would work smoothly once onboarded. The sign-up and invoicing steps were fairly simple, which was a plus. The training was somewhat thorough, but I felt it lacked depth in covering the calling tools and database features practically. I had some reservations about how automatic updates were implemented, fearing disruptions, but those updates seemed to hold up well. However, the main disappointment was around the support and communication; sometimes telephonic assistance was delayed or unavailable during my active hours. While the software had potential, the mismatch between initial expectations and actual user experience left me frustrated. The database sync wasn’t as intuitive as I hoped, and the dialer had glitches that took time to resolve. On the positive side, the system’s fundamental workflow was sound and the payment process transparent, so the experience wasn’t all bad. Still, these gaps mean it didn’t fully meet what I had been hoping for before purchase.
