Expected clarity, mostly got it but with some back and forth
When I first reached out for support, I expected pretty straightforward answers because WFHI seemed organized. The explanations overall were clear, especially regarding how to use the dialer and database features. But sometimes, I found myself needing to ask follow-up questions because certain finer points weren't initially addressed fully. This back and forth felt a bit redundant at times and disrupted the flow of getting things done. Still, I appreciate that the team was patient and willing to break down the concepts again. I believe with some minor improvements in initial explanations, future communication could be even smoother. So, my impression was that they met my expectations mostly, though I hoped for a tad more direct clarity upfront which would save time in support calls.
