Expected clarity in training but found it confusing
I went into the training hoping the wording and labels would be straightforward since I rely heavily on clear instructions. There were moments when the terminology felt precise and somewhat helpful, especially during the early modules explaining the basics of software access. However, as the training advanced, the labels and instructions became inconsistent and sometimes contradictory. The onboarding flow made me expect an easier time understanding all the steps and tools provided. Instead, I found myself needing additional explanations and struggling to keep track of what was required for progress. It left me feeling frustrated and less confident about using the software effectively. My expectations were definitely higher, and overall the training did not deliver the clarity I needed to move forward smoothly.
