Expected clarity in billing but found only confusion

I honestly expected the billing and payment labels to be straightforward and crystal clear, similar to other platforms I've used. Instead, the wording was confusing and inconsistent, which made understanding exactly what I was being charged for difficult. For example, some charges were labeled in a way that I thought would refer to one service, but it turned out to be something else entirely. I looked for typical terms like "Subscription fee" Or "Service charge," But instead got generic labels that didn't match my experience or expectations. In contrast, other software usually provides detailed breakdowns with consistent terminology so you know exactly what each amount stands for. On top of that, the invoice layouts seemed cluttered, with confusing section headers and no clear hierarchy of information. This was frustrating because I prefer invoices that quickly show what I need to pay and why. I did reach out to support, and while they tried to help clarify, I felt like the root issue was how the billing interface was designed, which did not meet my expectations for clear communication. I wanted a billing experience that was smooth and transparent but found it lacking. It was a mixed experience — some helpful support but overall ambiguous billing labels left me confused and somewhat dissatisfied.
