Expected clarity, got it mostly straight - honest sales explain

Before purchasing, I was really scrutinizing how the sales materials and labels were presented. Honestly, some terms were initially a bit confusing, especially around the database and training options. I was unsure whether the dialer setup would be included or optional since it wasn’t spelled out entirely clearly. However, after talking to the sales team and reviewing the documentation, I found that they were mostly accurate and consistent with what they described. The sign-up and invoicing parts aligned well with the expectations I had from the marketing site. It’s fair to say that the wording reflects the main product features without overpromising, but some beginners might hesitate until they get clarification. For me, the pre-purchase communication was balanced, and although it took a few extra questions to really grasp the offerings, it all made sense in hindsight. They did not gloss over the need for self-sufficiency, which I appreciate. Overall, what I expected from the product and what I received matched quite well without surprises.
