Expected clarity, got confusing labels

I really thought the sales material and website would help me get a clear idea of what to expect from the software and all its features, but honestly, I found the wording and labels really confusing. It felt like I was going in circles trying to understand what the dialer actually does versus the calling tools as described. During the sign-up flow and invoice generation, the process looked simple at first glance but when I tried to interpret the different terms and steps, it didn’t quite add up to what I initially expected. For example, the database feature was described ambiguously, which made it difficult to decide if it suited my workflow. Even the automatic updates terminology was not clear — I wasn’t sure if they applied daily or only sometimes. I tried calling the telephonic support for clarification, but it felt like I was explaining my confusion too many times to different agents, which was pretty tiring. I wish the initial descriptions and labels had been more straightforward so I could have made a well-informed decision without this hassle. It didn’t meet my expectations for clarity at all.
