Expected clarity, found much confusion
I initially expected a streamlined and clear sales and pre-purchase process based on the information provided. However, after spending several days working with the software and training modules, the reality did not align with these expectations at all. The sign-up was cumbersome, with invoices not arriving on time, which disrupted my financial planning. Throughout my attempts to use the dialer and calling tools, I encountered frequent glitches that were not resolved despite multiple contacts with support. The database feature, which I anticipated would integrate well with my workflow, instead felt unplugged and impractical. Additionally, the automatic updates introduced more confusion rather than improvements. The overall experience became frustrating because day after day, the software and services did not perform as promised. This was quite disappointing given the initial promises made before purchase. I regret the time spent in this ongoing struggle to make the system work for me.
