Expected chaos but got clear steps
Initially, I was worried the training might come in a jumble of topics with no clear path to follow. I imagined it would be confusing, with a lot of backtracking and repetition. However, the onboarding turned out very structured and logical. The steps were laid out in a sensible order, covering the basics first before moving to more advanced features like the dialer and database. It felt like each training module was designed with the end-user in mind, making it easier for me to absorb the necessary skills. The software updates also integrated smoothly, which reduced any learning confusion. Compared to what I expected, the training was surprisingly cohesive and paced well. I appreciated that they provided enough time to understand each segment without rushing. Overall, the onboarding met and even exceeded my expectations for clarity and flow.
