Expected Billing Smoothness Didn't Happen
I had worked with other billing systems before and expected a straightforward process, but this billing was quite different. The invoicing arrived later than I liked and sometimes it was hard to understand all the charges clearly. Payment methods were available but the steps were not very intuitive compared to what I'd experienced elsewhere. There was also an issue with automatic updates affecting what was shown on the billing screen, causing some confusion. I expected a more streamlined and transparent system based on previous experience, but this felt somewhat cumbersome. My support calls regarding billing were handled, but the solutions were slow. I thought the whole process would be simpler and more user-friendly, which it was not.
