Expected an ordered training journey, got a mixed-up sequence
When I signed up expecting a structured onboarding, I anticipated a logical sequence of training steps that would smoothly introduce me to the software tools and workflow management features. Instead, the initial training felt somewhat scattered. The early modules jumped around between dialer usage, database management, and calling tool functionalities without much clear progression. Some steps required me to switch back and forth between dashboard features that were only partially explained. This uneven order made it hard to build confidence steadily. That said, the training materials themselves were generally comprehensive and detailed enough to cover important points. The problem was more about the sequence and flow. Similarly, the onboarding flow did not clearly distinguish basics from more advanced topics, which left me confused about when I was fully ready. Although I could eventually get the software running, I felt that a more sensible order would have made the experience less frustrating. What I expected was a fluid start-to-finish process optimized for learning; what I got was something that involved repeated backtracking during initial setup and training.
