Expected a straightforward flow but got a jumble instead
When I started with the software, I thought the steps for accessing everything would be clear and in a logical order, but honestly, it felt more like jumping around than a neat flow. The initial setup was kind of confusing, and I kept thinking I must be missing something because the order didn't seem to fit how I work. After a while, I realized that although some parts like the database feature did load quickly, the way you access other parts like the dialer or the calling tools just wasn’t very intuitive. It sometimes felt like I was circling back to instructions I already followed or tools I thought were ready but hadn’t launched properly. I was expecting a smoother experience from onboarding through training, but the flow made me hesitate at times. That said, they do update things automatically which I guess is helpful, even if I feel the updates should be better explained. Overall, it almost felt like the order of steps could use some serious rethinking to make life easier, not just for me but for everyone who wants to use their software efficiently.
