When I started using the software, I had certain expectations based on the initial onboarding guide and training materials. I expected that the process would be more plug-and-play because other products I tried offered guided setup with less guesswork. In reality, I found myself needing to explore the database structure and mapping tools fairly actively to get my workflow organized – it wasn’t as hands-off as I hoped. On the positive side, the training sessions provided a good overview of the dialer and calling tools, and the telephonic support was available when I hit snags. That helped me feel less stuck even if it didn’t speed the entire setup dramatically. What leaves me unsure is whether I could repeat this process quickly if I had to onboard another project similar in scale – it seems like a mix of one-off configuration and ongoing learning as I use the system more. So I’m half expecting I’ll need some guidance again in the future even though I got this far on my own now. Automatic updates were mostly not disruptive but sometimes changed the interface in small ways that required adjusting. This all leaves me with a balanced feeling: the product did deliver a lot of what was promised, but the experience was more hands-on and complex than I initially anticipated, which might not suit everyone needing a quick setup right away.
