When I signed up and began the onboarding process, I was hoping for something as seamless as the training I'd experienced before with other remote workflow software. I looked forward to guided steps and practical examples as part of the WFHI training, similar to my past experiences. However, I found the onboarding to be confusing and less comprehensive than what I was accustomed to. The initial setup was not intuitive, and the training materials did not seem to cover all the critical functionalities that I needed quickly. Furthermore, the dialer integration, which I thought would be easy to configure, demanded more time than expected, without clear explanations. Telephonic support did respond but did not greatly alleviate my uncertainty because the responses felt generic rather than tailored to my specific issues. The automatic updates also seemed to cause more disruptions than improvements, often requiring me to restart processes during active work. None of this was what I expected based on my prior software experiences. That said, I did find the invoicing and payment process to be straightforward and transparent, which was a small consolation. Overall, I am quite frustrated with the software and training, and it has made me rethink whether I should continue investing time here given how it compares poorly with the smoother workflows I have used before.
