Expected a smoother flow, but some steps were helpful

I was hoping the training and onboarding would be a straightforward step-by-step process, but it wasn’t entirely like that. Some parts, like setting up the dialer, were in a sensible order and easy to follow, which made me feel positive. However, the database introduction felt like it came too soon before I was ready to apply it, which made things a bit confusing. I expected the training to guide me more naturally through each feature one after another, but it jumped around sometimes. Despite that, the overall onboarding was okay and got me started, even if it wasn’t perfect.
