Expected a smoother find but it was kinda okay
Whenever I’ve navigated sales and pre-purchase info with software businesses like WFHI, I come in expecting some degree of hassle and that was mostly true here too. I was looking specifically for details on the database and how the calling tools worked, and I found what I needed – eventually. The product descriptions and training snippets gave me some clues, but honestly I found myself hunting through documentation and asking repeated questions to support before I felt confident. The invoicing and payment instructions were straightforward, no complaints there. But I expected the process to be quicker because they advertise easy access and seamless updates. Instead, there were moments I felt I had to piece things together myself, which was wearying given that I’ve done this a few times before. In the end, I got a decent handle on the product’s essentials and the software itself was fine once fully accessed, including the dialer tool which worked reliably. So while it didn’t exactly meet my hopes for ease and speed in sales and pre-purchase stages, it was functional and not deeply frustrating.
