Expected a smooth upgrade but got a tangled mess

I switched from another remote workflow software expecting WFHI to be more efficient. Honestly, the interface feels clunkier, and navigation isn't as intuitive as what I was used to. The dialer works okay, at least it connects without lag. However, the database feature is confusing, and I ended up spending most of my time figuring out where everything is instead of actually using it. The onboarding tutorials didn't match the actual software, so I was left guessing many times. I wanted a seamless transition, but it felt like a step backward in ease of use. It’s mostly frustrating, though the few updates they push sometimes help smooth things out.
