Expected a smooth stepwise help but got a confusing jumble

I expected a clear, step-by-step guidance through the support and communication process when I began using the WFHI software, especially since this is a paid product and the onboarding flow promised structured assistance. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The order of steps they took me through did not make much sense at times; the instructions seemed inconsistent and sometimes contradictory. I found myself caught between support agents who gave different answers regarding the dialer and database use, and the automatic updates only added to the confusion rather than simplifying matters. On the flip side, the telephonic support did pick up quickly and the agents were polite, which I appreciated. But the process felt disorganized, making it frustrating to know the proper course of action. The sign-up and invoicing processes were okay, relatively straightforward, but they did not compensate for the inefficient support navigation I faced after. In sum, what I expected as a sensible, logical sequence fell short of reality. I hoped for better coordination and clarity, but instead encountered delays and mixed directions throughout.
