Expected a smooth onboarding but faced mostly one-off hassles
When I first signed up, I thought the onboarding would be straightforward and mostly automated, but it turned out quite different. The initial setup required a lot of manual configuration, which was time-consuming and mostly a one-off effort. However, once past that phase, the ongoing updates and adjustments were minimal, which I appreciated because it meant less daily hassle. The training sessions did cover these steps, though I felt they could have better distinguished between one-time setup tasks and ongoing maintenance. Overall, I was expecting a more seamless start with less upfront work, although I will acknowledge that the software's later stability made continuing bearable.
