expected a smooth flow, got a bit of a mixed journey
When I first approached the sales and pre-purchase steps, I expected things to be linear and well-structured—that was my hope at least. The sign-up process was indeed clear and methodical, which made the initial impression good. However, as I progressed, some parts of the onboarding documents felt a little out of order, especially around the explanations for the calling and dialer features. It almost felt like some training modules were sent before I was fully prepared to use the software components. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment setup came at the right point and didn’t cause confusion, which helped balance the experience. So while my expectation was a completely seamless step-by-step, the actual experience had a few bumps mainly due to timing of information delivery. Despite that, the strong support and how the software itself behaved day-to-day convinced me that the flow was ultimately manageable. It just required a bit more patience than I had anticipated at first.
