Expected a smooth daily run, got mostly that with minor slowdowns
So I wasn’t really sure how this software would hold up after the first time I used it, since it seemed pretty basic then. But going through my daily tasks with it has been mostly fine — good enough to make me comfortable using it every day. It definitely handles the dialer and calling tools without much fuss, which I liked since I was worried about glitches there. Sometimes, though, after being on for a few hours the app would be a bit sluggish and I'd have to refresh or restart. Kind of annoying but not a dealbreaker. What I found interesting was that the database feature integrated pretty well with the flow, which made organizing contacts and past calls easier than I expected. The ongoing automatic updates also helped keep the software feeling fresh and improved. I'd say I got a better product than I expected, even if it needs a little polish here and there for sustained long sessions.
