expected a slower start, got a smoother ride
Thinking back to when I signed up for WFHI, I expected a lot more waiting and guesswork during the steps but honestly, the whole process unfolded more sensibly than I anticipated. The initial sales communication gave me a clear enough idea, though I did wonder if sign-up and invoicing might take too long. However, both were executed in a neat sequence that made sense—signup, invoice, payment, then onboarding and training. The order helped build confidence gradually rather than throwing all info at once or creating confusion. When the training began, its pace was comfortable and the automatic updates kept the software fresh without interrupting my workflow. The dialer and database tools were ready to use early, which was a relief. If anything, I was surprised by how structured things felt compared to what I imagined would be a clunky process. That said, a minor gripe is that some onboarding explanations could have been clearer for users new to remote workflows, but overall, the experience exceeded my expectations in terms of being organized and sensible.
