Expected a simpler ongoing setup process
Before subscribing to WFHI’s services, I assumed the initial setup would be a bit involved but most of the configuration would be a one-time action. Unfortunately, that was not entirely the case. While the sign-up and first login were straightforward enough, I found I had to repeatedly adjust certain software settings, especially within the call tools and database features, which felt more like ongoing maintenance than one-off setup tasks. This contrasted with my expectation that after onboarding and training, things would settle down considerably. Moreover, the billing process seemed geared towards continuous service rather than one-off purchases, which I now see supports software updates but also means a recurring commitment. The automatic updates happen regularly, but I was surprised that some training content also required revisiting as the software evolved. The telephonic support was available, but frequent calls to clarify changes added to the feeling that the setup was not a fixed stage but a continuous process. For me, this difference between what I expected and the ongoing demands influenced my view of the overall experience with WFHI’s software.
