Expected a simple process, but practical use was more involved
When I first considered WFHI software, I expected the sign-up and invoicing process to be very simple, based on the labels and descriptions provided. They were clear enough at the outset, so I thought I'd be able to start right away without issues. However, in reality, while the interface was logically labeled, some labels didn't quite match the workflow steps I encountered. This meant I had to pause and reassess how to proceed at times. On the plus side, the regular automatic updates helped improve the experience over time, smoothing out initial rough edges. The training was quite helpful in bridging the gap between expectations and actual workflow. Overall, I ended up navigating better than I initially thought. So, while my initial anticipation skewed towards ease, the actual experience was more nuanced, requiring some patience, yet leading to a satisfactory outcome.
