Expected a simple onboarding, got a detailed one instead
Before I started the training and onboarding, I assumed it would be quite cursory and straightforward, just giving an overview of the software features. However, what I actually got was a more detailed walk-through that matched a bit more complex needs than I had imagined. The training covered not just calling tools and the dialer but also drills on the database feature and how automatic updates would affect workflow. I appreciated this because it gave me a clearer picture and better preparation, even though it was more in-depth than expected. On top of that, the support team’s telephonic assistance during onboarding was useful when I hit snags, though sometimes it felt a bit slow. Overall, while the onboarding was heavier than I thought, I now see the value in it and would say the training met and probably even exceeded my modest initial expectations in terms of scope and depth.
