Expected a quick setup but found ongoing adjustments necessary
I had presumed that setting up the software and getting access would be mostly one-time tasks, after which I could settle into a steady workflow. In reality, while the initial registration and onboarding went fairly quickly, I found myself needing to revisit certain features repeatedly. For instance, the dialer settings required fine-tuning to fit my calls, and regular updates to the database meant I was tweaking things more often than expected. The training was helpful but didn’t fully prepare me for how much ongoing maintenance would be involved. That said, the system does offer some automation, which reduces manual work, but it's not a completely hands-off experience. I’d say this setup feels more like continuous engagement rather than a one-off installation, which wasn’t my initial expectation. Ultimately, I find value in the flexibility, but it also means more time invested than I had anticipated at the outset.
