Expected a more streamlined order, got a mostly smooth flow
When I first signed up for the software and training, I anticipated the onboarding steps to follow a strict logical sequence. I was setting up a remote calling workflow, so naturally, I expected to start with the core software installation, then move to configuring the dialer, and finally tackle database integration and training modules. What I got was indeed pretty close to this, and it felt smooth overall, but there was a small hiccup. After finishing the initial account setup and software download, instead of immediately configuring the calling tool, I had to go through some database setup that felt slightly out of sync. It wasn't a huge obstacle but did throw me off my expected order. Still, the automatic updates kicked in seamlessly, and training materials proved helpful once I reached the dialer configuration phase. The invoicing and payment processing were straightforward and well documented, so no complaints there. Telephonic support also assisted quickly when I had minor questions, although I felt the priority assistance could have been a little faster during peak hours. Overall, the process was sensible, and by the end of onboarding, I felt capable of handling the workflows confidently. Just a little more attention to the order of steps would make the experience even better. I caught on quickly, but the initial sequencing left room for small improvement.
