Expected a more straightforward process but got mostly what I hoped for
Honestly, when I signed up for the training and onboarding, I expected the steps to be laid out in a really clear and sequential way, so that I could just move straight from one thing to the next without confusion. It mostly worked out, though some parts felt a bit out of order or repetitive. For example, I think the initial introduction covered basics pretty well, but then some of the later sessions repeated concepts instead of pushing into more advanced territory right away. That felt like a small waste of time because I was eager to get started with the calling tools and database features. Still, the overall flow didn’t throw me off too much; I always knew roughly what stage I was at and where to go next, which helped keep me on track. Another thing is the way the dialer was introduced alongside the telephonic support system — that overlap was a bit confusing at first since they’re connected but not the same thing. Going back and forth among modules could have been smoother if some explanations were reordered. But overall I was satisfied because the training helped build my confidence step-by-step, even if it wasn’t always perfectly streamlined. So, while I expected something a little more logical and linear, what I got was workable and reasonable enough to get me using the software without major trouble.
