Expected a lot of setup fuss, but it mostly flew by seamlessly
Okay, so I was bracing myself for a lot of one-time setup drama getting the system up and running. But honestly, it was way less complicated than I thought it would be, which took me by surprise in the best way. The onboarding flow guided me through signing up and setting up the calling tools pretty painlessly. A lot of the stuff was just a straight shot, right upfront, and then the ongoing use kind of just... Flowed. Sure, there were updates to install and some tweaks here and there, but mostly it felt like a smooth ride once I got past that initial stretch. The training felt casual, the way someone explaining over a video call might be, which made things easier to absorb. This was different from what I expected since I’d prepared myself for more 'tech headache' moments. Counting the dialer and database tool, everything was fitting nicely into my daily remote workflow after that first big push. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t overthink it because the process was much friendlier than I’d imagined.
