Expected a lot of ongoing tweaks but most setup was once done well
Before getting started, I imagined setting up the software would be a constant process with ongoing changes and a lot of daily fiddling. However, after using it for several months now, it's clear that a majority of setup tasks are one-off efforts—largely completed during the initial onboarding and training sessions. The training covered setting up the calling dialer, integrating the database feature, and walking me through the invoicing system. Once I passed these early stages, daily use became quite straightforward. Automatic updates do arrive regularly, but they mostly refine existing features rather than demand new configurations, which keeps my workflow stable. The initial telephonic support was very helpful in clarifying any questions, and since then, I only needed to call when facing an unusual situation. Though I expected to be adjusting things continually, the well-designed onboarding minimized disruption and gave me confidence. Sign-up and payment steps were simple, without surprises. Reflecting back, I realize that the onboarding experience aligned closely with my expectations, but the minimal constant management exceeded what I anticipated. It’s been rewarding to see how that initial investment has allowed me to work with the software more confidently over time.
