Expected a lot more initial guidance than I got
When I first signed up, I was hoping the software would come with more step-by-step instructions or a guided tour because I’m not the most tech-savvy person. It felt like I had to figure out quite a bit by myself, and that was a little overwhelming at first. The basic features made sense after some trial and error, but setting up the database and getting comfortable with the dialer wasn’t as straightforward as I imagined. On the plus side, once I pushed through that initial learning curve, the software itself is quite powerful and flexible. Automatic updates happened smoothly, and the calling tools worked well over my usual work sessions, so that was reassuring. I expected the onboarding flow to be more hands-on, especially to help avoid confusion when things didn’t immediately click. However, the telephonic support was responsive whenever I reached out, which helped me clear up some doubts. Signing up and handling invoices was pretty standard and didn’t cause any issues. Overall, while I was a bit thrown off by how much I had to work out on my own at the start, the end result feels like a solid setup with room to master the tools further.
