Expected a Lot More From Onboarding, Got Mostly What I Needed
I found the training and onboarding experience to be quite helpful, though it leaned more towards a one-time setup process than ongoing engagement. I expected more continuous support or iterative training based on the updates delivered automatically by the software, but that wasn’t really part of the package. The initial setup was straightforward; the modules explained the system’s key features clearly. I appreciated that the environment felt welcoming without being overwhelming. However, once the software was running, there wasn’t much follow-up or additional training to adapt to changes. The one-time nature of this onboarding means I’m largely self-reliant for any new challenges or advanced features I wish to explore. Still, for someone familiar with digital tools, this amount of training worked well. It certainly met expectations regarding giving me a working knowledge to get started, even if I had hoped for more ongoing guidance.
